The person behind the strategy
Hi, I’m Jalyn Balisage.
I’m an Operations Specialist, military spouse, mother, and the founder of JalynAshley LLC. I know what it feels like to care deeply about your work while life needs just as much of you.
My background combines a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Florida Atlantic University, an Associate of Arts from Palm Beach State College, and experience in marketing, project coordination, and operations. In 2018, I brought that experience together to start JalynAshley LLC and help business owners bring their ideas to life.
As my work grew, I found myself drawn to what happened behind the scenes: how tasks got done, how clients were supported, and how much depended on the owner.
While running my business, I also navigated burnout, grief, new motherhood, and military life. Those experiences taught me that even a well-designed process needs to fit a person’s time, energy, and capacity.
Today, I combine practical strategy with hands-on support to help business owners simplify everyday work and make room for life beyond it.
